Meet the Dairy Herd
Meet the Dairy Herd
Our Approach
Stewardship first. Healthy soil → healthy grass → healthy cows → nourishing, cream-rich milk.
Calf sharing & calm routines. We work with each cow’s rhythm; low stress is part of our recipe.
Transparency. Ask us anything about feed, care, and milking.
A2/A2 direction. We are steadily selecting toward an A2/A2 herd while keeping temperament, mothering, and good feet/legs top of mind.
“This isn’t just milk to drink. It’s milk to use — for butter, yogurt, kefir, and ice cream. From our hands to yours.”
From our North Dakota pasture to your table — this is the milk with a story.
We’re a small, family-run micro dairy raising Jerseys with care for the land, the animals, and the families we feed. Our cows are rotationally grazed, kept calm and clean, and supported with non-GMO grain as needed. Milk changes with the seasons here — richer some weeks, lighter others — because that’s what real, grass-based milk does. Old-fashioned, maybe… but it works.

Docile, respectful bull producing mini to mid-size calves with a trend for splashing some white spots on his offspring. 2024 was his first Jersey calf crop here (most ~28″ at birth), with 2025 calves under 26″. We appreciate his steady disposition and thrifty offspring.
